Returns Policy

We only refund items if they are defective or have a partial loss due to our error. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received it. If you intend to apply for a refund, take an image of the defective product and send to us. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or a proof of the purchase. Once we received and inspected your return item, we will immediately send you an approval email. We will also notify you if the request cannot be processed for reasons listed: 1. Any item is damaged or partial loss not due to our error. 2. Any item is not returned within its validity period.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

You are required to pay for the postage and return if you apply for an exchange. If you request a refund, the cost of shipping might be deducted from your refund amount (Shipping costs are non-refundable). If you are sending an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We won't be responsible for parcel loss.
